As the founder and CEO of StrongRoof Ava Marshall has overseen the expansion of the company from the beginning, with 2 part time contractors doing minor renovations in the evenings for some extra work, to where the company is now, with 6 full time employees as well as many additional contractors. Under Ava's leadership expansion has not been the only goal though, throughout growing the company she has ensured StrongRoof remains an industry leader in the residential construction space, and keeps the level of quality and client trust that got them started so many years ago!
With over 15 years of experience in architectural design, Jessica Thompson is the creative force behind many of our standout projects. A graduate of MIT’s School of Architecture, Jessica specializes in sustainable design and innovative space planning. Her passion for blending functionality with aesthetic beauty ensures that every home we build is not only visually stunning but also perfectly suited to the needs of its occupants. When she’s not designing, Jessica enjoys hiking and exploring new architectural trends.
David Martinez brings a wealth of experience in project management to StrongRoof, overseeing every detail from conception to completion. With a background in civil engineering and over a decade of managing large-scale construction projects, David excels in coordinating teams, managing budgets, and ensuring timelines are met. Outside of work, David is an avid cyclist and enjoys participating in local charity rides.
